힐튼 호텔에 요청했더니 아래처럼 왔는데요 해석좀 부탁드립니다.

i have updated both the reservations with the request for 2 beds on your stay. please be advised that we will do our best to try and accommodate your request in accordance with our hotel availability during time room assignment. however, please note that this is not guaranteed and only on request basis only.

with regards to your room of which you are a hilton hhonor gold member, the amenities and benefits of gold membership will only apply to your reservation only. however, to ensure that we are still within the policies and regulations for the hilton hhonors, i have copied our hilton hhonors team on this email to reevaluate your request. please be ensured they will review your request and they will action correctly.

also, your room is showing that there are only 2 occupants that we should be expecting, but on the below, you show 3 occupants. is one of the occupants a child that does not require any additional services? if you do, please be advised that an additional person will require an additional charge of $40 + 11% for extra bed and additional amenities to be set-up and prepared for stay. please do let us know the correct occupancy so that we can make sure we are ready for your arrival and stay with us.
