붉은색 부분에서 a:hover시에 IE에서는 제대로 동작이 되는데
크롬에서는 동작이 없습니다.ㅠ h3 밑의ul을 지우면 제대로 a:over가 되는데..
ul을 추가하면 css가 적용이 안됩니다.왜그런걸까요???ㅠㅠ
