Please be informed that we already made the purchase with a confirmation number of xxxxxxxx. The tickets were automatically sent on the valid e-mail address that you have provided us xxxxxxxx. Kindly be advised that you have to print out the 2 attachments on the e-mail that are the tickets and confirmation letter for you to be able to enter the park. Be informed that without the printed tickets you won’ t be able to enter the theme park.
However, In the event you won’t be able to print the tickets in your home you may proceed to our Guest Services Window is beside the ticketing booth of Universal Studios Singapore. You may present the confirmation letter, NRIC/Passport together along with the credit card that has been used on the transaction and also the credit card holder must be present for them to print out the tickets for you.
Once transaction has been made, as per terms and conditions, there will be no amendments, no cancellation and no refund.

카드는 아빠껄로 한건데 ㅠㅠ 친구들이랑 놀러가거든요 ..ㅠㅠ
저게 사실이면.... 결제카드를 바꿔야 하는데 ㅠㅠ어쩌죠 ?

굵은 줄 바로 전문장에써있어요 바로전문장이 프린트안해오면 못들어갑니다. (굵은줄) 그러나 만약 프린트를 못해오면~~ 이란말이니까 프린트해가시면되는것같네요 ㅎㅎ
