질문 내용 : 고등학교 2학년 교재에서 발췌한 지문입니다.For example, a rock hits a window, and then the window breaks.
We don’t see a third thing called causation. But we believe ithas happened.
The rock hitting the window caused it to break. But this is notexperienced like the flight of the rock or the shattering of the glass.
Experience does not seem to force the concept of causation onus.
We just use it to interpret what we experience.
Cause and effect are categories that could never be read out ofour experience and must therefore be brought to that experience by our priormental disposition to attribute such a connection.인과관계에 대한 이야기 인듯한데, 도무지 감이 잘 오지 않네요.
