I would like to do running for my health.

2. why did you pick the activity?(1)
When it comes to running, I do not need to prepare equipments except sneakers and I can do it whenever and wherever I want to.

3. what 3 benefits do you think you can get from exercising?(3-5)
Exercising has many benefits which we can get. First, It can be a leisure activity so it can gives us more energy. Second, through exercising, we can increase our physical health like endurance. Third, it can give us mental health because teenagers don’t have enough time to change of mood so easily become depressed. Although it is hard to start exercising, it is obvious that exercising is an important thing.
