질문 내용 : 제가여행때문에 숙소를 예약했는데요 ㅠㅠ 영어를 잘 몰라서 해석부탁드릴게요
좀 많이 길거든요 ㅠㅠ 도와주시면 감사하겠습니다 !! a) Payment of 50% deposit (or the total cost of reservation) by bank transfer at least 10 days before arrival.
The deposit is calculated on per person per day bases, which means that if you e.g. reserve 5 beds and only 4 people arrive without prior notification, you will loose the deposit for the 5th person. If you book 2 nights and decide to stay only 1 night without arranging this with us in advance, you will loose the deposit for the 2nd night.
b) By providing your credit card details (not debit card like Visa Electron).
The reservation can then be canceled or changed without cancellation fees up till 1 week before arrival. If you cancel your reservation (or part of the reservation) 6-1 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first day of your stay (or its canceled part) will be charged from your credit card. If you cancel your reservation on the day of the arrival or do not cancel at all and do not arrive (no-show), we will charge the full cost of the first 2 days of your reservation from you card (in case of 1 night stays, the full cost of the reservation will be charged). If you arrive as planned, nothing will be charged form your credit card an you will pay the whole cost of the accommodation in cash, CZK or EURO. If you prefer this option, we will send you a link where you can insert the credit card details.
Reservations with total value over 8 000 Kc: reservation rules are arranged on case by case basis.
