If the new flight times are not acceptable, you may choose from the following options in accordance with our General Conditions of Carriage.
1. REBOOK YOUR FLIGHT(s)
We re-book you on another flight operated by Wizz Air on the same or – if necessary – a comparable route, within 14 days before or 30 days after the scheduled date of departure of the cancelled flight, subject to availability of seats. Please call the Wizz Air schedule change assistance numbers (local rate) to rebook your flight. Contact telephone numbers in your country can be found by clicking the following link. (Please note that these numbers are dedicated to flight rebookings only! Should you wish to receive a refund or reservation credit, please review points 2 and 3 below)
2. CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT(s) AND RECEIVE A 120% RESERVATION CREDIT
We cancel your reservation and credit the full value of your payment for the cancelled flight plus 20% of the fare paid for the cancelled flight and also for the return sector if applicable on your "customer account" with Wizz Air. Please click here to submit your credit request online.
3. CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT(s) AND RECEIVE A REFUND
We cancel your reservation and refund the Total Fare paid for the cancelled flight and, if applicable, the return sector. Please click here to submit your refund request online.
