안녕하세요. 오는 25일날에 치앙마이에 잠깐 가게 되었는데요.

다름이 아니라 오늘 2주간 묵을 아파트를 발견하고 인터넷으로 결제했는데,
방법이 조금 이상해서 문의 드립니다.
새로 짓고 아파트이고요.

근데 홈페이지에 사진이 아직 하나도 없고요.
메일로 물어보니 이번주로 다 지어지고 담주부터 가구 들여놓는 다고 하더라고요.
그다음에 사진 올린다고 합니다.

어떻게 페이하냐고 하니까 메일로 링크를 보내주니까 그쪽으로 페이하라고 하더라고요.
결제하고 나니까조금 이상하더라고요.
우선은 있는 기간도 나와 있지 않았고요.
카드로 결제했는데 기분이 조금..

그쪽에서 보낸 멜 두개를 올려 놓을 께요. ..
첨가는 치앙마이라 많이 서툴고 조심스럽네요.

Thankyou for your interest in Studio 99. We do have an apartment available for 2 weeks from the 27th. in answer to your proposal for 15,000 baht, yes I can do the apartment for that rate for 2 weeks.

Also in answer to your questions:

Sorry there is no on site car parking, but there is a temple nearby which accepts car parking for a small donation.

There are only 6 units

There is no swimming pool

For a reservation please let me know the exact dates you are staying and the apartment type. I will then send you a link to our online payment gateway. We require a deposit of 30% to secure your booking. Once payment has been made we will send you full confirmation of your booking.

The apartment construction has just finished and the flooring is being completed this week. Next week the apartments will be furnished. then the promotional photos will be taken. Pictures will appear on the website soon after. If you would like some external pics please let me know I can attach them to an e mail for you.

Now we have a 1 bedroom balcony apartment available from the 27th of October to the 8th of November (sorry we are completely full from the 9th.) This is one less day than you would like to stay. If this is a problem for you we can arrange a hotel for you for the night of the 8th.
We suggest Mandala House as this is near to out apartments.
