익스6에서 height값이 안먹어요ㅠㅠ

막히는 점이있어 이렇게 또한번 글을 올립니다.
height값을 지정해줬는데 왜 익스6에서는 두배로 먹을까요..
아래 div가 위로 붙어야되는데 위 div에서 height값이 두배로 먹어서 붙질 않습니다.
도대체 익스6은 왜그런지요..ㅠㅠ
