첫번째 헤더부분은 플로트를 써서 정렬했구요두번째 컨텐츠부분은 아직 정렬을 안했고세번째 푸터 부분도 플로트를 써서 정렬했어요

근데 왜#header 이 부분에 색상이 안들어가는걸까요?
