몇일전에 카약에서 비행기 예매를 했는데카약에서 예매하려면 예매가 완료된 후에 내 신용카드인지 증명하기 위해서 이메일로 확인메일이 와서 그 메일로 온Vayama Trip ID,Vayama Customer Service,Multiple Airlines Record Locatorㅇ을 입력해야되는게 있나봐요 ㅠㅠ근데 제가 메일 확인을 안해서 이것을 못보고 비행이 예매가 취소되었습니다.... 그래서 메일로 이렇게 왔어요...
DearSir / Madam,We recently received your online booking request associated with Vayama Trip ID TUEGSE. Your booking could not be processed as we were unable to get approval from your bank or card issuer for the purchase of your airline ticket(s). As a result, your booking has been canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Any Vayama booking and/or shipping fees that may have already been charged will be refunded back to your card. You should allow up to one billing cycle for any refunds to appear on your account.
Before attempting to make another purchase with this card, you should contact your bank or card issuer to clear up any issues that may be preventing your card from being authorized. Alternatively, you may try making a new purchase using another card. Unfortunately, your original reservation cannot be reinstated once it has been canceled. Please visitwww.vayama.comto complete a new reservation.

If your booking included Trip Insurance, please contact Travel Guard at 1-877-525-2379 to determine if that was canceled as well. If not, you should request cancellation of the Trip Insurance to receive a full refund. If/when you rebook your trip, it will be necessary to purchase new Trip Insurance if you would like coverage for the new booking. If you call our Customer Care Center for rebooking, please advise the Customer Support Associate you speak with that you would like to include Trip Insurance.

간단히 말하자면 예약이 안되서 결제자체가 안됐으니 돈이 안나갔고 고로 환불할거 없고 이미 결제된 제반수수료는 엄카로 환불해줌
