고2 금성 교과서 본문 어법 변형문제입니다.
다음 두 문제의 어법상 어색한 것이 1번은 1번, 2번은 5번이라고 되어있는데요 저는 아무리 봐도 답이 없는 것 같습니다.고수님들은 어떻게 생각하시나요? 도와주세용~^^

1. Today, there are many different types and flavors of tea, but the rules of making the perfect pot of tea are likely very similar to ①that used by its Chinese inventors in the days of Emperor Shen Nung. ->1번의 that은 바로 앞, but 이하의 주어를 that으로 대신하여 받은 구조 아닌가요? be similar to명사....해서 that이 나오기에도 적절할것 같구요.
