지난주 19일 신검하구요. 오늘 이민성에서 멜이 왔어요.
대충 해석해봐도 비자승인 멜은 아닌데, 혹시 뭔가 문제가 있는건가요 아님 의례적으로 보내는건가요?

To be eligible for the visa, you must be outside Australia at the time of grant.

Change of Circumstances

If your circumstances change or the information provided as part of your application is no longer correct, you must inform the department in writing as soon as possible.
If your visa application contains incorrect and/or misleading information, this may lead to your application being refused or your visa being cancelled.
PROCESSING TIMES AND CHECKING PROGRESS OF YOUR APPLICATION

Applications referred to the Working Holiday Visa Processing Centre for further assessment may take up to 4 weeks to finalise once all requested information is received. You will be notified if further information is required.

You can check the progress of your visa application at http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa by using your Transaction Reference Number. You should regularly check this website to ensure that all requested documents, such as health examinations, have been submitted.
