*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HOTEL GUEST CHECKING INTO AMBASSADOR TRANSIT HOTELS ***

UPON ARRIVAL, DO NOT CLEAR IMMIGRATION / CUSTOMS.
LUGGAGE CLAIM IS AFTER IMMIGRATION. SO YOU CANNOT CLEAR YOUR CHECKED-IN LUGGAGE.

*** ARRIVING ON A DIFFERENT TERMINAL ***
. All the three Terminals are interlinked by the Skytrain. If you arrive in a terminal which is different from your booking, please take the Skytrain (operates from 0500hrs to 0230hrs).
. During the Skytrain non-operational hours, passengers who are within the transit areas are advised to make use of the inter-terminal travellators.

*** KEEPING RESERVED ROOM ***
. Confirmed and Guaranteed Booking will only be held for 90 minutes after Arrival of aircraft or 60 minutes based on requested check-in time. Hotel will take note of any flight delay.
. During check-in, payment may be made by any major credit card or cash. Hotel will not be able to debit payment to credit card details provided at time of booking without prior arrangement with the Cardholder.
. Room rates are non-negotiable and non-commissionable.

*** CHARGING EXTRA PERSON FOR A CHILD OF 12 YEARS AND ABOVE ***
. Every person of 12 years and above will be subjected to “Extra Person Charge”.

*** CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY ***
. Cancellation will only be accepted by providing no less than 60 hours (local time) prior to your arrival time.
. Failure to check into your Reserved Ambassador Transit Hotel within the stipulated time will be treated as a No-Show and the confirmed booking amount will be debited to the Credit Card details provided earlier. This said amount charged is Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.
. PLEASE REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION NUMBERS WHEN CANCELLED.
