(subclass 417) visa application lodged via the Department of Immigration
and Citizenship website.

Thank you for advising the department of your correct name details. The
information included in your electronic visa application has now been
amended accordingly.

Enter the requested details and follow the instructions provided.

Health examinations must be undertaken by radiologists and medical doctors
selected by the Australian Government (Panel doctors).

You must attend your health appointment(s) within 28 days. If you cannot
attend your appointment(s) within 28 days you must provide the department
with a reason by sending an email to eVisa.WHM.Helpdesk@immi.gov.au. If you
fail to do this within 28 days, a decision will be made using the
information the department already has on file.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The department will endeavour to process your visa application as
efficiently as possible. However, the department advises Working Holiday
visa applicants not to finalise their travel arrangements until they have
received notification of their visa application outcome. You will not be
able to travel unless you have received a Visa Grant Notification (VGN)
from the department. The VGN will be sent to the address which you
authorised the department to use for communication.

To be eligible for a Working Holiday visa, you must be outside Australia
when you apply and at the time of grant.

If your visa application contains incorrect and / or misleading
information, this may lead to your application being refused or your visa
being cancelled.

If your circumstances change, or the information provided as part of your
application is no longer correct, you must inform the department in writing
as soon as possible.
