we regret to inform you that global blue cannot process your refund due to the missing export validation/customs stamp on the global blue form.

as stated both in the local law and the eu directive, purchased goods must be declared to eu customs and exported personally outside the eu within 3 months following the month of the purchase.

in order to accept your form for processing, it is necessary to go through the eu customs again, re-export the goods and obtain an eu customs stamp within the requested time limit.

it is also possible to request an additional stamp by contacting eu customs located at the border crossing from which you departed.

the duly validated tax free form must be returned to global blue within its validity period:
6 months following the month of the purchase.

please note, that original purchase receipts are also required if requested by the legislation of the country.please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
